At Rosie.com, we are committed to protecting your online privacy and the security of the information that you might provide to us. Please read this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) carefully. By using the Rosie.com Web site you signify your agreement with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy please do not use Rosie.com or any portion of it. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Rosie.com” refers to the Rosie.com Web site or its owner KidRo Productions, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains our practices related to:
1. What information we collect
It is not necessary to provide any personal information to view Rosie.com.
For all Rosie.com visitors, however, we may log IP addresses (or the location of your computer network on the Internet) for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We also may use IP addresses to track referring/exit pages and which pages people visit in order to improve the quality of Rosie.com. However, we do not use this data to develop profiles of individual visitors to Rosie.com. Rosie.com uses cookies to enhance functionality of the site and to aggregate and analyze traffic data such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc. You do not have to accept cookies as all major browsers allow you to block cookies from your computer, and you can always delete them later. Rosie.com may also use "Web beacons" to track your behavior on the site. Web beacons are small pieces of data that may be embedded in images on Rosie.com. Blocking cookies will prevent Web beacons from tracking your activity and also prevent us from collecting certain other anonymous unique information such as your IP address, but the Web beacon will still account for an anonymous visit. Many advertisements are managed and placed on Rosie.com by third parties ("Network Advertisers"). 2. How we may use and share the information you provide at rosie.com
We will use the information you provide about yourself as explained in this Privacy Policy.
We offer you the ability to sign up to receive communications and various items of interest from us, such as joining our R BLOG list. To sign up to receive communications from us you may be asked to provide personally identifiable information about yourself such as your name, e-mail address, postal address with your state and zip code, t-shirt size (in case we want to send-out t-shirts out at some point in the future). Feel free to sign up if you are 13 years of age or older. By joining any Rosie.com list, you agree that we can send you (via e-mail or postal mail, if provided) free stuff (neat ideas, thoughts, free things, information about worthy charities, and other good stuff) whenever we want (or not at all), and that the same exact stuff may, or may not, be sent to everyone on the list. Additionally, we may send you e-mails, postal mailings and free stuff on behalf of third parties and charities we think are cool and worthwhile (without sharing your personal information with these third parties or charities). We may also try to keep you informed of activities and special promotions related to Rosie’s For All Kids Foundation and Rosie’s Broadway Kids as well as Rosie’s Shop, Rosie’s net profits of which go entirely to fund these charities Rosie founded, and the children they serve. Finally, we may send you e-mail messages about upcoming events in your area.
In addition, Rosie.com or our third party vendors may also use your personal information for many purposes other than sending you materials described above. For example, we or our third party vendor who manages Rosie’s Shop may use your information to complete transactions requested by you (such as your purchase of a product or service offered on Rosie.com in Rosie’s Shop), or to send you administrative communications either about your account with us or about features of Rosie.com.
In the e-mails that we send you, we may use cookies, Web beacons or other technical means to determine, among other things, whether you have opened or forwarded those e-mails and/or clicked on links in those e-mails, to customize the display of banner advertisements and other messages, and to determine whether you have made an inquiry or purchase in response to a particular e-mail.
We treat the personally identifiable information that you provide us with care and value your privacy. We will not rent, sell, lease or barter the information you provide with any third party. Additionally, our owner/parent organization may sell or transfer your personal information to successor organizations. Finally, we may release personal information when we believe, in good faith, such release is required by law, will help enforce our Legal Stuff or this Privacy Policy, or protect the rights or safety of our users or others.
3. How to unsubscribe
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us easily and promptly. You can remove yourself from any list that you have signed up for at Rosie.com at any time by sending an e-mail with “remove” in the subject line to unsubscribe@rosie.com.
4. Information posted to public areas of Rosie.com
Please keep in mind that whenever you decide to ask a question in the "Ask Ro" or "Crafty U" question forums (or any other public forums on Rosie.com), post a picture in the photo albums under “ur photos” or post any other content on the public areas of Rosie.com, you are voluntarily and publicly disclosing any personal information contained in your question, post or content. Any such information can be collected and used by other visitors to Rosie.com and you may receive unsolicited communications as a result. We cannot control which visitors will access such information or what they may do with such information, so please be careful about what you post. Any content that is posted on Rosie.com by you or at your direction becomes publicly available published content and is not subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
5. How we protect your information
Rosie.com has technical, physical and administrative security measures in place designed to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information you provide to us (other than in public areas of Rosie.com). From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods to protect the information you provide to us. However, despite our reasonable efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that the information you provide to us will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Also, remember that steps you take to help protect the privacy of your personal information (such as logging off Rosie.com after viewing or submitting personal information) are equally important. If you have broadband access to the Internet, it is strongly advised that you use a firewall when accessing the Internet.
6. Children under the age of 13
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, nor is any part of Rosie.com designed to attract anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use Rosie.com. There are lots of other great Web sites for you. Talk to your parents about what sites are appropriate for you.
7. Linking to other sites
Rosie.com links to a number of other Web sites. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by us at Rosie.com. Rosie.com is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies or practices of any other Web site available through links on Rosie.com. Before providing personal information to any linked Web site, please check that Web site’s privacy policy and practices, which are completely separate from and unrelated to this Privacy Policy and the privacy practices of Rosie.com.
8. Rosie’s Shop

9. Correcting your information
If you need to correct any personal information you have provided to us, please send us an e-mail to info@rosie.com.
If you need to change your e-mail address, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list and sign up again using your new information.

Please periodically check this Privacy Policy for updates and revisions, because your continued use of this site following the posting of any updates or revisions to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. When we change our Privacy Policy, we may change the date this Privacy Policy was last updated at the top of this Privacy Policy. For revisions to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive in terns if our use or disclosure of the personal information you have already provided to us, we will attempt to give you notice of the specific changes to this Privacy Policy by posting this information prominently on Rosie.com, or by any other means that we deem appropriate.

We make no representation or warranties that this Privacy Policy is in compliance with the privacy or data protection laws or regulations of any country from which you access or use Rosie.com.
